Simple, boring, effective stuff that usually gets more code usage.

Before the event

• Post the code, date, and store rule in one clean block of text or image.
• Use the same wording everywhere so people stop asking whether the code changed.
• Add a proof link if you submit the event here. It makes approval faster.
• Tell supporters whether the code is local-only or nationwide virtual. Do not make them guess.

Day-of reminders

• Send one reminder in the morning, one before lunch, and one before dinner.
• Keep it short: code, date, store rule, and a direct Panda ordering link.
• Say “apply the fundraiser code at checkout” instead of assuming people already know where it goes.

What to avoid

• Vague posts with no code in the image or first sentence.
• Using screenshots that crop out the date or location.
• Mixing two different Panda fundraisers in the same post.
• Posting late at night on the event date and then acting surprised when nobody used it.
